Privacy policy
Last updated: 26 October 2026
LoveFrame makes personalised photo frames. This policy explains what we collect, why, who else sees it, and how long we keep it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
WHO WE ARE
LoveFrame, operating the website loveframe.in. For anything in this policy, including a request to delete your data, message us on WhatsApp at +91 8360531130.
WHAT WE COLLECT, AND WHY
You do not need an account to order from us, and we do not offer one. We ask only for what is needed to make your frame and deliver it:
Your name, so we know who the order belongs to and who to address the parcel to.
Your mobile number, and a WhatsApp number if it is different, so we can send you the order confirmation and tell you when the parcel is on its way.
Your delivery address, including the landmark, city, state and PIN code, so the courier can find you.
Your email address, only if you choose to give one. It is optional, and an order without one works exactly the same.
Any note you add to your order, which we read while making the frame.
We do not ask for your date of birth, your gender, or anything else about you, and we do not buy information about you from anybody.
YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS
The photographs you upload are the part of this that matters most, so it is worth being precise.
They are stored privately. They are not published, not listed anywhere, not indexed by search engines, and not reachable by guessing a web address. They are used for one thing: printing the frame you ordered.
When you upload a photograph we make two smaller copies from it — one to show you on screen, one to print from. The camera information embedded in a photograph, which on a phone usually includes the exact location where it was taken, is removed from both of those copies.
The file you uploaded is also kept, unchanged, for up to 30 days so that we can reprint if something goes wrong in production. That copy is the one you sent, so it still contains whatever your camera wrote into it, including location data if your phone records it. It is stored privately and is never served to a browser.
We never use your photographs for advertising, for samples, for our website, or for anything except your own order. If we ever want to show a frame we made, we will ask you first.
HOW LONG WE KEEP THINGS
Photographs and the files made from them are deleted 30 days after you upload them, whether or not the order was completed. This is automatic.
Your order record — what you bought, what it cost, and where it was sent — is kept longer, because we are required to keep records of sales for tax and accounting. It contains no photographs.
WHO ELSE SEES YOUR INFORMATION
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. Three companies necessarily see part of it, because they do part of the work:
Razorpay handles payment. When you pay by UPI you are handed to Razorpay's own payment window. Your UPI ID, your PIN and your bank details are entered there and never reach us — we are told only whether the payment succeeded, and for how much. Razorpay's own privacy policy governs what they do with it.
Meta, through the WhatsApp Business Platform, carries the messages we send you about your order — the confirmation, and the note telling you it has shipped. Your phone number and the text of those messages pass through Meta. If you reply, we see your reply. Meta's own privacy policy governs what they do with it.
Delhivery delivers the parcel, and is given your name, address and phone number so that they can. They are not given your photographs.
We also give information to the police, a court, or a tax authority if we are legally required to, and we will tell you if that happens unless we are forbidden from doing so.
COOKIES
We use one cookie of our own, which your browser is given when you start designing a frame. It is what lets us show you your own design when you come back to the page, and what stops somebody else seeing it. It holds no information about you.
We also advertise on Google, and since 26 October 2026 we use Google's advertising tag to find out which of our advertisements lead to an order. Apart from our payment provider, this is the only outside company we let run code on this site.
The tag sets a cookie called _gcl_au in your browser. Its only job is to connect an order to the advertisement that brought you here, so that we can tell which advertisements are worth paying for. If you arrive from one of our advertisements, the link you followed carries an identifier that the tag reads. Google keeps that cookie for about 90 days.
WHAT THE ADVERTISING TAG SENDS
The address of the page you are on, the title of that page, the page you came from, your IP address and your browser's version string. That is a record of which pages were visited, and we are not going to describe it as nothing.
It does not send your name, your phone number, your email address, your delivery address, or your photographs. The only way any of those could reach Google is in the address of a page, and we do not put them there. We do not upload customer lists to Google either.
The tag does not run on your invoice, and it does not run on the part of the site our staff use.
Google handles what it collects as an independent controller under its own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. We cannot read or delete what Google holds, which is why the choices below point at their controls as well as ours.
IF YOU ARE IN THE UK, THE EEA OR SWITZERLAND
The advertising tag is told not to store or send anything for visitors in those places, because the law there requires your agreement first and we do not currently have a way to ask for it. No advertising cookie is written and no advertising data is sent.
YOUR CHOICES ABOUT ADVERTISING
You can refuse or delete these cookies in your browser's settings. Nothing on this site needs them, and refusing them does not stop you ordering or change what you pay.
You can turn off personalised advertising across Google at myadcenter.google.com, and Google publishes an opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
If you would rather we did not keep the connection between your order and an advertisement, message us on WhatsApp at +91 8360531130, and we will remove it from our side.
WHAT YOU CAN ASK US TO DO
To ask for any of this, message us on WhatsApp at +91 8360531130, and we will:
Tell you what we hold about you.
Correct anything that is wrong.
Delete your photographs immediately, rather than waiting for the 30 days to pass.
Delete your order records, unless we are legally required to keep them, in which case we will tell you which and why.
Quote your order number if you have one — it makes this much faster.
CHANGES
If we change this policy we will change the date at the top. If a change affects what we do with information we already hold, we will tell you on WhatsApp before it takes effect.
